Hey, I'm Nick. I'm a software engineer at Ephesoft, where my team is building the future of intelligent document processing and automation.
Specialized in frontend development, I have an affinity for UI/UX design and am passionate about building scalable and accessible applications for the web.
Currently based in the Bay Area, CA.
As an Angular developer I make heavy use of RxJS, Typescript, Figma and Storybook. I typically reach for Cypress for e2e testing and use Jasmine and Mocha for unit tests.
When it comes to the backend and infrastructure I currently work with Node.js, AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB) and Bitbucket Pipelines.
Tooling-wise I use VS Code, Jira and most important of all, Google.
When not in the office I'm most likely to be found enjoying the outdoors, whether that be hiking, playing tennis or at my favorite coffee shop down the street.
I'm also big into travel and love visiting new places around the world, some of my favorite being Portugal and the Netherlands.
Here are a few things I've worked on. You can find more on GitHub.
Angular
